Job Description:
Top 3 skills looking for (don't have to come from manufacturing or sub-assembly background) 1.
Soldering experience 2.
Tuning a circuit board or tuning a circuit; basic circuitry 3.
Able to use the equipment - analyzers (if they use any type of analyzer, they should be able to learn their analyzers) and multi-meters.
Responsibilities:
Repair and manufacture RF coils Tuning sub-assemblies, the boards that go into the coils or tuning the coils themselves.
On the repair side, they are taking those coils and troubleshoot them down to the component side.
If someone says the coil does not work, they will take the coil and test and find where the coil is not working, and repair it.
They will need to be able to solder - they will train on this.
