Serves customers by providing product and service information.
Process & maintain customer account information, orders, and invoices.
Help resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem and the solution.
Issuing credits if needed.
Account documentation, record keeping & retention, plus filing.
Answer, manage phone traffic.
Inventory management including usage and history, maintaining customer pricing and tracking po's, generating inventory reports.
Accounting support in processing vendor invoices.
Other as assigned.

Experience with ERP system(s), preferably with SAGE100, involving item/customer maintenance, order entry and invoicing.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Memorization and strong note taking skills to follow & learn procedures.
Education, Experience College degree a plus, minimum high school graduate Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
Familiarity with phone systems and phone traffic management Previous customer service experience preferred.

is located in Aurora, Ohio and has been in business since 1985.
We are a distributor and light manufacture of corrugate boxes.
We currently have 40 employees.
The position will work in an office environment with interaction with warehouse personnel and provide customer service support to our current staff of asset managers, sales personnel and management team.
We anticipate that the successful candidate will transition into an asset manager position over time.
The position reports to our Customer Service Manager.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, requiring a core hour schedule that provides some start and end time flexibility.
