Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver
5-Star Facility Family Owned and Operated for over 56 years Campus Management Stable with average tenure over 15 years Family Tree Home Care on the campus of Anna Maria of Aurora is looking for a Part-TimeNon-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver.
Hours average about 20 hours per week.
Must be available between 7am and 5pm.
$17-$18 per hour based on experience

Job Responsibilities of a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver:
Drive elderly residents in a wheelchair accessible van to the following:
medical appointmentsvarious activitiesresidents' home when discharged from facilityNon-Emergency Medical Transportation Driverwill assist with caregiving activities while transporting residentsambulationloading resident using wheelchair ramp into van and securing wheelchairassist with ADLStoileting residentNon-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver will collect documentation given to residents when accompanying them to appointments.
This documentation will be returned to nursing staff at the facility.
Job Qualifications of a Non-Emergency MedicalTransportation DriverValid Ohio Drivers License with a exemplary driving recordmust carry at a minimum liabilityauto insurancemust be 25
